Currency exchange: Paise to Rupees
We're going to talk about rupee-to-paise exchange rate (i.e. e converting between rupees and paise, and paise and rupees)
That's a given, R.s. 1 = 100 paise
The Paise to Rupee Conversion Formula
Process 1:
To write a paise, we first drop the point, then the Rs or Re, and finally we add the digits.
For instance, to change 4 rupees Converting $.25 to Paise yields: 425.00 Paise
To better understand how to change rupees into paise, consider the following examples:
(i) Re 0 60 = 60 paise
(ii) Rs 11 05 = 1105 paise
(iii) Rs 14 00 = 1400 paise
iv) Change the R to $ 12 Exchange 40 for paise
Take out the dot, and you've got paise.
So, Rs 12 40 = 1240 p
Stage 2: (by means of method 2 will involve solving the same examples as method 1.
To put it simply, we all know that one rupee is equal to one hundred paise. The process of changing rupees multiplying by 100 to get the paise
To give just one example, Rs 4 25 = Rs 4.25 (or 25 p)
= 4 × 100 The price is 25 shillings
= 400 paise 25 paise
= 425 paise
Think about a few examples of use the following examples to illustrate how to convert between Rupees and Paise:
Multiplying by five gives us the answer of how many paise are in one rupee. 100 times that sum
(i) Re 0 There are 60 paise in a rupee.
= 0 Cost: 60 paise for every 100 you spend
= 0 60 kilobars (paise)
= 60 paise
(ii) Rs 11 11 paisa 05 = Rs. 05
= 11 cents (or 100 paise)
= 1,100
= 1105 paise
(iii) Rs 14 Amounting to 14 paise (or 00) in Indian Rupees
= 1410000000paise
= 1400000000 paise
= 1400 paise
The Formula for Converting Rupees Paise = 3
Solution:
Multiplying three times 100 paise yields 300 paise.
So, Rs 3 = 300 p
(v) Change the R to $ 12 Converting 40 to Paise
Solution:
Rupees twelve and forty in words paise
Twelve hundred and forty paise (12100+40)
So, Rs 12 40 = 1240 p

Here's the process for transforming paise into rupees.
Initially, you can try: In order to change paise into rupees, we must first count two digits to the right and put a point there, before writing Rs or Re at the beginning of the expression.
Think about a few instances like these:
(i) 1250 p = Rs 12 50
(ii) 705 p = Rs 7 05
(30 p = 0 Rs) (iii) 30
Method Two: Paise can be converted to rupees by dividing by 100. Simply put, we'll be using a dot ( To convert the paise, add a zero (or a zero before the second digit from the right if you're using
Check out these instances:
First, how many rupees are 4356 paise?
