Methods for Obtaining a New One-Time Password (OTP) for Your SBI Mobile Phone and SBI Account

  1. Proceed by selecting the circular button labeled "By OTP on both the Mobile Number"
  2. To use your debit card, first click the button corresponding to the account you wish to use it with, and then click "Proceed."
  3. After selecting a bank account, you will be taken to the SBI ATM card Validation screen, where you can view any associated active and inactive ATM cards.
  4. To confirm the current ATM card, click on it.

Internet Banking Request Approval at an ATM: Changing Your SBI Account's Registered Mobile Number

  1. Select 'IRATA: Internet Banking Request Approval through ATM' from the drop-down menu, then hit the green "Proceed" button.
  2. To use your debit card, first click the button corresponding to the account you wish to use it with, and then click "Proceed."
  3. After selecting a bank account, you will be brought to the SBI ATM card Validation screen, where you can view the list of debit cards linked to that account, including those that have since been closed.

  10. Approval of the Internet Banking Request can be initiated by selecting the "Others" tab on the ATM screen, selecting the "Internet Banking Request Approval" option, and then entering the 10-digit reference number displayed.
